Club Constitution and Standing Orders
The new Royal Montrose Mercantile Golf Club has been constituted as a ‘Company Limited By Guarantee. The Constitutions previously used by the Royal and Mercantile Golf Clubs have been replaced by Articles of Association and Standing Orders.

This Prize Draw is drawn every month with 3 prizes and costs £5 per entry per month, payable by Standing Order, and you can have numerous entries.
Simply complete a Prize Draw mandate (see the form below). Hand your completed mandate to your bank and send a copy to the Admin office for processing. A unique number will be allocated to you, and you will be advised of the winners monthly via newsletter.
From December 2023 the monthly draw prize money will be increased to: –
1st Prize £100.00
2nd Prize £50.00
3rd Prize £25.00
We also have a Big Yearly Prize Draw which is held at the AGM in January/February, when the prize money is:-
1st Prize £500
2nd Prize £250
3rd Prize £100
4th Prize £50
